At One Hand Care, our mission has always been about making whole-person support feel accessible, welcoming, and grounded in community. ALIGN 4 Elements is an extension of that mission. It brings together movement, breath, sound, energy clearing, creativity, and connection in a setting that allows guests to step in and out of experiences as they need, following what feels right in real time.

This second year is also about legacy. It’s about continuing to build a gathering that can grow, reach more people, and become a dependable resource for wellness and community care across South Florida.
